1. Data controller
Grevanto SpA, Tax ID 77.852.341-9, with registered office at Av. Apoquindo 4501, Suite 1802, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of personal data collected through grevanto.com, in accordance with Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life and Law No. 21,719 in force in Chile during 2026.
2. Data we collect
We collect name, email address, IP address, browser information and browsing data when you complete forms or browse the site. We do not collect sensitive data or data of minors.
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (a) handle your request for early access; (b) send you information about projects and commercial communications when you have given consent; (c) comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the Financial Market Commission and the Financial Analysis Unit.
