Real estate crowdlending in Chile

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It involves pooling capital with other people to take part in property projects that would be hard to reach individually.

Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are allocated to a specific project. Once construction is complete and the targets are met, the gains are distributed proportionally among all participants.

This model lets people with limited capital invest in large projects — residential buildings, housing complexes or the renovation of existing buildings — which is increasingly relevant in the context of Chile's urban development.

Crowdfunding opens up the property market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the prerogative of large developers or investment funds: today anyone who wishes can take part in it.
